She's in her 60s and underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty eyelid lift with a ptosis repair (also known as "Eyelid Repair", or sometimes "Upper Eyelid Surgery") working with Joseph F. Tamburrino, M.D. This patient had eyelid ptosis "droopy eyelids" causing a visual field obstruction and the appearance of tired eyes. In addition to the upper and lower blepharoplasty a ptosis repair was performed to fix her drooping eyelids. The ptosis repair opened her eyelids and relieved her visual field obstruction while giving a more awake and less fatigued look. One may think there is still residual skin on the upper eyelid, however, there is due to brow ptosis being present and an endoscopic brow lift was also recommended to address this issue.
